I feel the aspect system has a lot of potential as new playstyles plus defensive and offensive combinations can be added. My other option was to stay in lower torment with my preferred playstyle and farm less effectively. For example if I was recieving a lot of marauders, I would feel forced to play sentries to farming higher torment for the set corresponding with the build I really wanted to play. For many years Diablo 3 was plagued by builds not being viable unless you had a given set and that sets generally dictated what to play if you wanted to farm higher content. ![]() However it must be done in the right way and not like Diablo 3, since you are using that as an example. Sets can be good and give players a sense of direction.
